Our team building process Building Teams With Impact! is always designed for the specific team objectives defined by the client.

Different approaches are used, for example, with:

  • Management teams
  • Teams facing new challenges
  • Teams launching new Initiatives
  • Teams experiencing conflict
  • Cross-functional teams
  • Start-up teams

In addition, team development sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of supervisors or team leaders whose organization is moving to a team approach.

Generally, this program is most effective if it is an ongoing effort. For example, it might be a series of meetings, beginning with a full day or two days, followed by several half-day sessions.

We frequently are requested to facilitate team meetings, incorporating new team member competencies as the team works at their actual tasks. This provides the best “real-world” experience for the team that has had prior team building sessions.
